What is a Vital Sign Sheet?

A vital sign sheet is a resource that healthcare providers use to track and record vital signs of their patients over a specific period of time. These include classic vital signs such as respiration rate, heart rate and body temperature, which are key indicators of patient health, that are an essential aspect of delivering care to a patient, as they are key indicators of a patient's health.
