Great place for akid's birthday party. Myniece and son had agreat time. They have aman cave for adults while the crew takes care ofthe party. Love it️

An amazing experience mydaughter Harmonyhad. The service shown bythe team members during the party was amazing. Best experience ever. Very clean, the order ofthe party was very organized. Itwas truly worth the cost. Itallowed the girls toexperience being pampered and taking care ofyourself. Most ofall sisterhood and building friendships. Iloved hearing the stories ofthe owner and the hard work she put into this place. Very inspirational. Awesomejob! The young lady that servedus, blessed mysoul. Such asweet heart, but fun tobe around. MyParty Coordinator was raving all morning about the fun nicknames and jokes you guys had last night. She says this was her favorite party byfar. This place does not provide everything they stated they would ina $1399plus birthday package. Weare still waiting onthe birthday cake/photo booth/balloons(colors ofour choice)/breakfast. Anemail was sent and noone has reached out toaddress our concerns. Please doyour homework before supporting this establishment. The ideal ishowever great but the delivery ofservice was horrible.

My first time hearing about this amazing place from anonsite work assignment with decorating for amother's day event. Mrs Tiffany was sohelpful and anything weneeded she helpedus. The place isso nice itmade mefeel like alitt girl again and I'm 38yrold. Ican't wait toplan mydaughter 10th birthday party for next year.

This place does not accommodate private parties....I repeat....this place DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE PRIVATE PARTIES. Ipersonally watched this woman stop the people who were doing aMother's Day Event from making itthe best experience that itcouldbe. Idon't think Ihave EVER INALL MYYEARS OFBEING INTHIS BUSINESS witnessed amore nasty person that pretends tobe nice inthe same setting inmy life. Ialso never witnessed aperson promoting their business while another event was goingon. UNPROFESSIONAL tosay the least. I had such agreat time celebrating mybirthday here! All the ladies absolutely enjoyed themselves. Tiffany and the girls did such agreat job with everything and making sure wewere all happy and having agood time. The whole place was avibe! The hotel, the music, Tiffany and the girls!
